We want to present you, our future guests, the program of a visit to Ukraine. As you know, the six lucky Rotaractors from all over the world will get the chance to enjoy the lovely and strikingly interesting trip through our country.
Ukrainian Trip Details
Dear fellows, • with increasing fan club all around the world, • with positive responses from happy participants of the previous Ukrainian Trip from Germany, Denmark, USA, Georgia, Lithuania and Turkey, from more than 7 Districts of Rotaract World, • with inspiration from other similar projects from all around the world: Mexico, Italy, Poland, Turkey and others…. The show must go on! The Ukrainian Trip in new 2007/2008 has started! First of all, let me tell you a few words before sharing the details of the Trip. Despite of the expenses, nerves and efforts we, Rotaract Clubs of Ukraine, continue this already traditional for us project. What do we want??? •present unknown sites of our country! • show new sides of our Country to people who know only something about it, • get to know something new about you. What do we dream about??? • meet interesting people, • find new friends in Rotaract Movement from other countries What will we receive for sure???? • a pool of positive emotions, • unforgettable impressions, • cultural exchange • new and interesting acquaintances The point of the Program: Are you interested to spend 9 days in Ukraine? Do you want to know some facts about this country, get new friends, have fun, snap a lot of photos, etc?
So, if you have never been to Ukraine before but possess a strong desire to explore this country, to met new friends among the Ukrainian Rotaractors – this program is right what YOU need!!!

How much does it cost? During the Program Tour the Ukrainian Clubs provide you with transport, accommodation, and meal (three times per day). All other stuff like souvenirs, extra meal and extra alcohol you are welcome to buy on your own.
ENTRANCE FEE – 55 Euro. You will get for free lots of entertainment, unforgettable impressions, many photos! The emotions will overflow you! We guarantee that during the whole Trip the excellent mood won’t leave you for a second!!!
What are the terms? PROGRAM TERMS - JUNE 20-29, 2008! The registration deadline is MAY 1, 2008. Not longer than in 10-15 days after this date you will be informed of the results of the selection conducted by the clubs-participants.
Afterwards, till May 10 YOU should confirm how serious you are - you have to send us a copy of your tickets or a copy of a document showing that you will book a ticket in advance. You are also supposed to buy a return ticket with already a fixed date. Having done this, you can be sure of being a participant of the program!
The program starts and finishes in Kyiv! We have prepared two routes for you. One is around Western Ukraine, the other one is around Eastern and Southern Ukraine.

What languages do you speak and on which level 7. Special requests concerning meal or accommodation 8. Some words about yourself 9. Your address, telephone number, e-mail, ICQ, Skype (any online messengers you use). 10. What do you know about Ukraine? 11. What would you like to see in Ukraine and find out about it?
P.S. Do not forget! 1. To fill in the form of the participant.
2. Be serious! Please, plan you time, expenses and duration of preparing documents, like visas, tickets and so on.
3. Be sure that you do not have any arrangements like weddings, Birthdays and other important events planned for the time when the Trip starts!
4. Try to plan what kind of transport you will use to arrive to Ukraine and fix the price of the tickets, because according to the rules of the Trip, you need to pay for tickets to Ukraine and back yourself.
