Цього літа вже вчетверте РТК клуби України будуть проподити акцію під назвою Ukrainian trip. Наш клуб одноголосно виразився про прияняття участі у цьому надцікавому проекті. Планується, що цього року нашу країну відвідає 6-7 іноземців - така велика кількість гостей вперше, що свідчить про новий рівень організації та більшої зацікавленості нашої держави. Перша інформація - це запрошення для всіх бажаючих, з яких пізнаше буде обрано претендів на відвідини України. Dear Friends! • With increasing fan club all around the world! • With positive responses of satisfied participants: Germany, Denmark, U.S., Georgia, Lithuania, and Turkey from more than 7 Districts of Rotaract World. • With inspiration from other analogical projects from all around the world: Mexico, Italy, Poland, Turkey and others…. The show must go on! The Ukrainian Trip Program in New 2007-2008 Year was started!
First of all, before starting story about trip, I want to tell a few words. In despite of expenses, nerves and lost forces, we – Rotaract Clubs of Ukraine with new forces continue this already traditional for us project.
What do we want??? • Present our country in places where it is unknown! • Show new sides of our Country to people who knows something out it • Get to know something new about you What do we dream about??? • Make an acquaintance • Find new friends in Rotaract Movement from other countries What will we receive for sure???? • Full time of positive emotions • Unforgettable impressions • Culture exchange • New and interesting acquaintance
The point of the Program Are you interested to spend 9 days in Ukraine? Do you want to know some facts about this country, get new friends, have fun, snap a lot of photos, etc?

How much does it cost? During the Program Tour Organizers provides you with Transport, Lodging for the Night and Meal (three times per day). Expenses for this included in budget for trip in every city participator!!!!! All other stuff: souvenirs, extra meal (we think, you will not need it, because menu in every city consists of really great and interesting dishes) and extra alcohol, you will be able to buy for your own.
ENTRANCE FEE – 55 Euro
You will get for free – a lot of entertainment, unforgettable expression, many photos, emotions will overflow you and we guaranty, you will stay all time in excellent mood!!!

To post an application you need till April 15, 2008 After this moment – during 10 days, till April 25 you will receive the results of the selection After this – till May 10 YOU confirm, how serious you are, you have to send copy of your tickets or copy of papers that you book your ticket in advance, you need return ticket with fixed date. After this, you can be sure, being participant of the program.
Program details The beginning and the end of the Ukrainian Trip is in Kyiv. (Using plain, you will arrive at the Borispil Air Port) All father information will be mentioned in future e-mails and published on the web site. For today, we have two prepared tours. One Tour is around Western Ukraine, the other one is around Easter Ukraine. (Just for your information: Ukraine is divided by river Dnieper, from South to North, on two parts. We usually call them Western and Eastern Ukraine). Your wishes told during registration will be taken into consideration. We already work on developing program in: Poltava, Ushgorod, Yalta, Lviv, Rivne, Kyiv and Cherkassy. Center and South part of Ukraine, Eastern and Western Ukraine – all for you – to inform you for 300 percent about our country, to give you most interesting and exiting facts about Ukraine! We will do a lot for you; you will remember this Trip for a long time!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. Do not forget To fill in the form of the participant Be serious! Please, plan you time, expenses and duration of preparing documents, like visas, tickets and so on. Be sure that you do not have any personal habits, like wedding, Birthdays and other important Dates! Try to plan, what kind of transport you will use to arrive to Ukraine and fix the price of the tickets, because according to the rules of the trip, you need to pay for tickets to Ukraine and back. To stay in confidence that you will participate in Trip, we will ask you to do some steps after registration. You will be asked to confirm your tickets. Waiting for you with impatience!
